My best advice is to look on the free cover disks of computer magazines. You will want a WYSIWYG website creator. Thankfully they give them away almost every month. WYSIWYG means you dont have to learn any programming languages to build your website.
3) An idea! Write lots and lots of pages about something. If you like dogs you can write loads of short (400 words or so) articles about dogs.
